About the Role

Silicon Valley's leading AI companies partner with Mercor to identify domain experts who help train and evaluate advanced artificial intelligence models.

As a Strategic Project Associate (SPA), you will partner with Strategic Project Leads to execute high-impact initiatives, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive millions of dollars in revenue through successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale projects supporting leading AI laboratories and technology companies while contributing to more than $10 million in revenue.
• Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage hundreds of specialized domain experts across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with researchers and stakeholders at premier AI laboratories and technology organizations.
• Collaborate closely with Mercor's Operations team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Partner with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to improve internal systems and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Designed for exceptional recent graduates (target graduation dates of December 2025 or May/June 2026).
• Experience in consulting, finance, startups, or similarly demanding environments.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
