About the Role

As a Recruiter at Mercor, you'll own full-cycle hiring for critical roles across a variety of organizations, with a particular focus on the Operations organization. You will partner directly with General Managers to identify high-performing professionals who will work alongside the world's leading AI laboratories.

This is a true ground-floor opportunity to help establish the future of recruiting at Mercor.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance across multiple business functions.
• Build top-of-funnel candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, talent intelligence, and Mercor's recruiting technology.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
• Build and optimize recruiting systems while tracking key hiring metrics.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience through fast communication, efficient interview processes, and timely hiring decisions.
• Strengthen Mercor's employer brand through recruiting campaigns, employee referrals, and recruiting events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting for individual contributor and leadership positions.
• Proven ability to build and scale recruiting systems while using data to drive hiring decisions.
• High-energy, results-driven mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and talent acquisition best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000
