About the Role

As an Enterprise AI Associate, you'll work at the intersection of customer engagement, product management, and go-to-market operations, helping Mercor's largest enterprise customers successfully deploy and scale artificial intelligence solutions.

This position is designed for professionals with a structured, analytical mindset who thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ownership, and enjoy solving complex business challenges where no predefined playbook exists.

What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI engagements by defining workstreams, tracking milestones, and coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings to identify AI-related challenges, document organizational priorities, and uncover opportunities where Mercor's solutions can deliver value.
  • Translate customer feedback and operational requirements into structured execution plans while collaborating closely with engineering teams to develop new AI capabilities.
  • Lead ambiguous internal initiatives by defining objectives, creating implementation plans, and driving projects through completion.
  • Help refine go-to-market messaging, sales collateral, and internal operational processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, product management, or another highly analytical environment.
  • Strong ability to break down complex problems into structured work plans and actionable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and comfort working through ambiguity in high-growth environments.
