***$12,000 SIGNING BONUS***

Successful Lateral Candidates will be paid $4,000 at the time of hire, $4,000 after completion of a Field Training Program and 12-Month Probationary Period, and $4,000 at the completion of the second year of service.

GENERAL PURPOSE
