All applicants shall be required to meet and pass the same pre-employment procedures as regular police officers before appointment:
Reserve candidates must have completed a P.O.S.T. Reserve Level III, Reserve Level II, Reserve Level I Academy or a P.O.S.T. Basic Police Academy to be considered. Valid California driver's licenses.
