Summary Description:
- Under the direct supervision of the Asset Protection Lead, Asset Protection Supervisor, & the Sr. Compliance, Risk & Safety Manager, under the guidance of the Vice President (V.P.) of Corporate Compliance.
- To plan and direct the company’s efforts to prevent and minimize the loss of assets under the supervision of the Sr. Sr. The Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance
- To assist in the development of policies, procedures, and programs relating to the protection of company assets under the supervision of the Sr. Sr. The Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from the V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance
- To assist in gauging risk exposure and potential liability and develop sound risk control measures under the supervision of the Sr. The Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance

Exemplary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Safeguard company property, including donated goods. under the supervision of The Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance
- Reports and takes appropriate action on any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession of company property under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance
- Provides leadership necessary to maintain a safe working environment throughout the company under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance

- Provides planning and recommendations for perimeter controls, entrance and exit controls, CCTV needs, and fixturing that impact loss prevention, internal and external under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance.
- Establishes specifications, evaluates competitive bids as applicable, and ensures compliance with standards and contract terms for loss- under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance.
- Administers and directs all company investigative efforts including field investigation and undercover operations under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance.
- Identifies subsequent corrective actions designed to reduce risk under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring proper maintenance of security and fire alarm systems under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance/Risk/Safety Manager with the assistance of the Asset Protection Specialist (APS).
- Controls staff security code access systems and key issuance under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance.
- Ensures company property is not removed without proper approvals under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance.
- Maintains appropriate inspection tours of the buildings and grounds to watch for and guard against fire, theft, illegal entry, infractions of safety regulations, and other irregularities under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance

Employment Standards:
Education/Experience:
- High School education minimum, Bachelor of Arts Degree preferred.
- Three years experience in security, loss prevention, and investigative services; One supervisory experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; flexible and adaptable in handling security matters 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Summary Description:
- Assists the Store Manager in the daily operations of the assigned retail store, ensuring consistency, compliance, and achievement of sales and productivity goals.
- Responsible for understanding and modeling key performance behaviors by providing effective direction and leadership to employees and offering outstanding service to all donors and customers. This position reports to the Store Manager.
Exemplary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assists Manager I in daily store operations, including sales leadership, merchandising, production, customer service, and training. Assumes management responsibilities as needed and/or in the Store Manager's absence.
- Responsible for ensuring the assigned store's daily sales and operational success in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Must ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service leadership and employee training.
- Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensures the deposit is ready in a timely manner for the armored car services to pick up in the Manager’s absence.
- Supervisory responsibilities include assisting in interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, scheduling, and directing work; providing input on performance appraisals; recognizing and developing employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Follows up on all assigned projects.
- Gives corrective feedback under the direction of the Store Manager.
- Operates cash register and trains staff on applicable POS functions.
- Assists Store Manager on cross training all store personnel, including new employees in all areas of store operations.
- Reports safety hazards and all accidents to Asset Protection IMMEDIATELY.
- Needs to understand all facets of store organization and safety to eliminate safety hazards.
- Accurately completes daily sales paperwork and identifies discrepancies.
