Job Description and Duties
Golden Gate Communications Center (GGCC) is a public safety answering point. PSO’s answer 9-1-1 calls, public and allied agency calls, and make out-going calls to service providers, allied agencies and citizens. This classification requires a certified net typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Working Conditions
Golden Gate Communications Center (GGCC) is on the 3/12 alternate work week with quarterly seniority shift and RDO sign ups. Our center is conveniently located near several cultural and outdoor recreational areas.

- This position requires the ability to type at a minimum speed designated on the Classification Specifications (link available in the minimum requirements section). You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed prior to being hired.
