Unarmed Executive Protection Agent Palo Alto

We are seeking highly trained and professional Unarmed Executive Protection Agents to provide top-level personal security services for executives, high-profile individuals, and corporate leaders in the Palo Alto area. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment by providing close protection services, identifying potential threats, and executing well-developed security plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong military background, the ability to adapt to high-stakes situations, and the capacity to respond quickly to any security concerns.

Schedules for Unarmed Executive Protection Agents will vary based on the specific assignment and client needs. Potential shifts may include:

• Day Shifts: Typically aligned with the client’s schedule or business hours, ranging from 8 to 12-hour shifts.
• Evening & Night Shifts: Coverage during late hours or overnight for clients requiring round-the-clock protection.
• On-Call/Reserve: You may be placed on an on-call roster for urgent security needs or last-minute assignments.
• Weekend and Holiday Work: Certain roles may require coverage during weekends, holidays, or high-traffic periods.

As an Unarmed Executive Protection Agent, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence around the client at all times.
• Develop and execute strategic security plans for personal protection.
• Monitor surroundings for potential threats and ensure the client’s safety at all times.
• Respond to security incidents swiftly and effectively, following established procedures.
• Communicate with the client, team members, and any relevant personnel to ensure seamless protection.
• Provide detailed reports on security activities and incidents to the operations team as required.
• Collaborate with other team members in planning and executing personal security protocols for high-profile clients.

To be considered for the Unarmed Executive Protection Agent position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• 5+ years of military experience with an honorable discharge or similar executive protection role.
• BSIS Guard Card (or equivalent state license for unarmed security).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to respond to incidents swiftly and perform protective duties for extended periods.
• Excellent situational awareness and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and the public.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various high-pressure environments.
