responsibilities:
- Competently execute conventional structural and lateral analysis (wind and seismic), ensuring compliance with required building codes.
- Work closely with Structural Leads, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate structural requirements into design documents and models.
- calculations performed by other engineers.
- Take complete ownership of your assigned workload to reliably meet project schedules, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify needed scope changes, forecast required effort, and reach out to senior peers for guidance to solve complex problems.
