Responsibilities
- Site Setup & Scaling: Spearhead client site scaling from talent acquisition to full operational staffing with a startup mentality.
- Client Collaboration: Establish efficient workflows and performance metrics with client stakeholders.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Employee Relations: Resolve staffing issues, conduct performance evaluations, and foster employee engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage data to inform recruitment outcomes and stay updated on industry trends.
The essential functions of this role include:
