About the Role

As a member of Mercor's Recruiting Operations team, you will support hiring across multiple business functions while helping deliver a seamless recruiting experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

This role focuses on recruiting coordination, applicant tracking system management, operational excellence, and creating an outstanding candidate experience at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including phone screens, technical assessments, virtual interview loops, and onsite interviews.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (Ashby) records and ensure recruiting pipelines remain organized and up to date.
  • Deliver timely, professional communication throughout every stage of the candidate journey.
  • Coordinate recruiting events, Superdays, networking events, and onsite interview logistics.
  • Support recruiting operations initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Two to five years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience using Ashby or another modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
