Job Description
- Keep accurate records and logs of all training conducted
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Use experience and knowledge and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills
- Gather feedback from Training Manager and your trainees after each educational session
- Partner with Client and liaise with your leaders to accomplish any last minute requirements
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Manage and maintain local IC training office and equipment
- Research and recommend new training methods when needed
- Be prepared to help with post coverages when the need arises
- Be available to work differing hours and shifts based on client/officer needs
Qualifications:
- Patrol the premises like a pro.
- Control access and be the gatekeeper of safety.
- Must have experience with CCTV cameras.
- Tech Savvy - Must possess computer skills: word / excel
- Maintain a visible security presence.
- Respond to incidents in a timely manner
- Write detailed reports -daily/weekly/monthly
- Work with management and law enforcement when needed.
- Stay sharp, stay professional, and keep security on point.
