As a Security Officer Patrol Readiness in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. Wed 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and delivery records.
• Observe and report unusual activity, incidents, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel, and respond to critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Support the orderly movement of personnel, deliveries, and vehicles while maintaining professional communication with site contacts and responding personnel.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
