As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Equipment Inspection in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the commercial property, including building exteriors, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and property damage.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
