What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial office location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; provide appropriate notifications and document actions taken.
- Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
