As a Security Officer Full Time Clearance Required in Malibu, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify authorization as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
