What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests, team members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the entertainment venue, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and support crowd-management procedures during peak operating periods, special events, and high-traffic hours.
- Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate incidents, observations, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
- Possess an armed guard card or license.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
