You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist visitors and staff with professionalism, and communicate observations clearly. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and site information, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership.
- Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
