As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while delivering exceptional customer service. Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders while reporting maintenance, access, and security-related issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badges is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
