Advanced Security Specialist, Rohnert Park, Ca

Responsibilities:
o Provide high level security services for our retail customers in locations requiring specialized training and experience

o Enforce retail customer store policies

o Enforce loss prevention policies

o Complete detailed incident reports related to security events

o Maintain the well being of the general public, customers and employees

o Ability and willingness to complete and pass Triton's proprietary Tier 2 Security Service program. (3 day classroom instruction and training)

o Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies

o Ability to demonstrate strong authority and leadership skills

o Demonstrate strong problem solving skills

o Four (4) years experience providing security services. Law Enforcement and Military Police training is preferred

o Demonstrated ability to write detailed incident reports that effectively document all critical facts and actions related to duties being performed

Requirements:

o California Guard Card issued through BSIS

o Baton Permit

o OC Certificate

o Reliable transportation

o Ability to legally work in the US

o Ability to pass extensive background check, including drug testing.

o Prolonged standing and walking

o Ability to work all shifts and weekend/holidays

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
