Key Responsibilities
  • Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verify employee or visitor badges, and clear delivery trucks.
  • Patrols: Conduct routine and random physical checks of the warehouse floor, perimeters, and restricted storage zones.
  • Incident Response: Respond to security alarms, safety hazards, or unauthorized entry attempts.
  • Documentation: Log daily visitor traffic, write detailed incident reports, and report equipment or maintenance issues. 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Age & Education: High school diploma or GED; usually 18+ for unarmed positions and 21+ for armed or driving posts. 
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background investigation, drug screening, and fingerprinting for security clearance verification. 
  • Physical & Soft Skills: Basic physical stamina for walking patrols, strong communication skills, and professional customer service for staff and contractors
