Security Specialist, Fairfield, Ca

Tier 1 Security Specialist to provide professional, uniformed security services at a retail facility. This role requires a strong customer service mindset while ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Compensation & Hours

• Starting Pay: $20
• Expected Hours: 16-24

Minimum Requirements

• California Guard Card issued by BSIS
• Minimum 2 years of security experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Customer service experience: 1 year
• Security experience: 2 year
• Valid Driver’s License

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Remain alert, vigilant, and responsive to security incidents
• Monitor and patrol retail store premises, enforcing site policies
• Observe, report, and document incidents accurately
• Maintain electronic logs per company policy
• Deter theft and unauthorized activity through visible security presence
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security protocols
• Call for assistance when necessary to mitigate security risks
