Job Description

Classification: ANALYST II

Under the supervision of the Supervisor II, the Analyst I will perform technical and analytical work in the administration of the department’s Workers’ Compensation (WC), and all Leaves of Absence (LOA), including Family and Medical Leave, (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL), Reasonable Accommodation (RA), Return to Work (RTW), and Catastrophic Leave Program (CLP).   

Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) hours each month.
