The IT Application Coordinator – ERP- EAM is responsible for overseeing the implementation, administration, support, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and enterprise asset management (EAM) systems under the guidance of the Executive Director and Vice President for Information Technology to ensure the successful achievement of project goals and objectives within the designated time frame and budget constraints. This role involves performing the following duties personally or through collaboration with others.
Act as the primary administrator for ERP and EAM applications, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions while ensuring compliance with security policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with vendors and internal IT teams as needed.
Maintain system configurations, workflows, and integrations to align with business processes.
Lead or assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend system improvements or automation opportunities.
Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades and new functionalities.
Ensure proper documentation of system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Work closely with software vendors for system support, licensing, and enhancements.
Partner with IT and business leaders to align ERP and EAM strategies with organizational goals.
Collaborate with internal users on project scope and planning schedules that impact their areas of responsibility
Participate in cross-functional projects that require ERP and EAM expertise.

Salary Range: $84,849 - $117,144 (Depending on Qualifications)
Compensation packages are determined based on a variety of factors specific to each candidate, including geographic location, skillset, the mix of relevant education, certifications, experience level, and performance. At Long Beach Transit, compensation decisions are made considering the unique requirements and circumstances of each position.
