Roles and Responsibilities
Reception
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
• Answering and making phone calls on behalf of office employees.
• Handling office correspondence and queries via phone, email, and general correspondence.
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs to include tracking of front office expenses such as supplies, equipment, and utilities.
• Performing various clerical tasks, such as faxing, transcribing, filing, copying.
• Sorting and distributing mail, incoming packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling appointments for clients, customers, or employees and maintain appointment calendars to include sending reminders to clients, customers, or employees....
