The San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools office acts as an intermediate service agency between the California Department of Education and the 33 school districts in San Bernardino County to help meet the educational needs of all children county-wide. You must submit proof of immunization against influenza, pertussis, and measles from a licensed physician. You may decline the influenza vaccine. Should you decline, you will be required to complete a Statement of Declination of Influenza Vaccine, which we will provide to you upon request. .Applicants must meet minimum qualifications and submit all necessary materials in order to qualify as a candidate.
