Branch Manager / General Manager

The client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager / General Manager to lead and grow a high-performing field service operation. This individual will have full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on business leader with good P&L ownership, operational expertise, and experience leading teams within a field service, technical services, contracting, or project-based environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of branch operations with full P&L responsibility.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, gross margin improvement, and operational performance.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve annual financial and operational objectives.
Oversee daily operations, service delivery, inspections, project execution, and customer support.
Improve labor productivity, scheduling, fleet utilization, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency.
Manage budgets, forecasting, overhead, labor costs, and other key financial metrics.
Build, develop, coach, and retain high-performing operational leaders and field teams.
Create a culture focused on accountability, safety, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Partner with sales leadership to support business growth, customer retention, and strategic account development.
Build good relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, and other business partners.
Identify operational challenges and implement strategies that deliver measurable business improvements.
Lead organizational change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
