Job Summary

As a Manager of Scheduler/Admin, you will report to the Director of Operations. Our growing and dynamic team is focused on supporting the scheduling operations for Inter-Con’s most important resources: our security guards. If you have great communication skills, are interested in scheduling, and enjoy working with people, this position is for you! Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage daily scheduling operation and administrative functions
• Support Client requests for additional services and change requests
• Communicate with Officers and Field Supervisors efficiently and quickly to address gaps in scheduled hours
• Provide frequent updates to the Operations Manager, and Senior Director, of potential issues regarding scheduled hours, staffing deficiencies, and client requests
• Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve scheduling operations capabilities and responsiveness across California
• Leverage available systems to optimize scheduling and reduce operational costs
• Coordinate with recruiting, scheduling and dispatch regarding top grades and New Hire training
• Collect and compile data for JPMC monthly, and quarterly reports.

Require d Skills/Abilities:

• At least 1 year of Scheduling experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Able to interact within Inter-Con’s corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills required
• Team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude
• Sense of urgency
• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
• College degree strongly desirable
• Scheduling background

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Additionally, the position requires near and far vision in reading correspondence and using the computer, and acute hearing when providing phone and counter service to the public.
