Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II is responsible for coordinating the Service Authority for Freeway and Expressways (SAFE) program, including a portion of the activities of the individual county SAFE Authorities. The Analyst II also provides budget and financial management functions for the Communications Infrastructure and Support Section.
