Transdev – El Cajon, CA

Join the Transdev team and help keep our community moving. No commercial driver’s license is required to apply—we provide full-time, paid training to help qualified candidates obtain a Class B CDL.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.91 per hour
• Wage progression up to $29.00 per hour after 49+ months
• Full-time paid CDL training
• Up to 160 hours of vacation per year
• 40 hours of paid sick leave per year

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid California driver's license in good standing
• At least three years of personal or professional driving experience
• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL permit with passenger and air-brake endorsements
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as assigned
• Ability to pass applicable DOT physical, drug-testing, and background-screening requirements

Please bring:

• Your valid California driver's license
• A current DMV K4 driving record, if available
• Documents needed to begin the CDL permit process, including your Social Security card, two proofs of California residency, and an acceptable identity and legal-presence document.
