Job Summary

SUMMARY Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, plans, organizes, and coordinates functions relating to facilities master planning, demographics, and construction and movement of facilities.

Qualifications

• A NOTE Regarding Attachments: You MUST attach at least one document from each of the required document types listed under the Documents section of this posting to move forward in your application
• REQUIREMENTS: Any combination equivalent to Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Planning, Public Administration, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field or a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in facility planning, construction management or a closely related field
• Driver's license and use of personal vehicle may be required for multi-site assignments
• Education Facilities planning certificate or equivalent preferred
• Resume Three Professional Letters of recommendation (dated within 18 months of employment) **NOTE: CELL PHONE PHOTO COPIES OF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED** REQUIRED DOCUMENTS must be scanned in order to submit an online application
