Location: Bay Area, California & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $20.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and duties performed
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.76 per mile while performing authorized work duties

Position Overview

Healthy Options Vending / Global Vending is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and mechanically inclined individual to assist with the cleaning, preparation, setup, moving, installation, stocking, and servicing of vending machines and automated retail equipment throughout the Bay Area and surrounding communities.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, working with equipment, and providing dependable service to customers. Technical or mechanical experience is helpful but not required for the right motivated candidate.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare vending machines and automated retail equipment for installation and customer use.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, positioning, and setting up vending equipment at customer locations.
• Stock and organize products in vending machines and automated retail systems.
• Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor repairs based on experience and ability.
• Inspect machines to ensure they are clean, properly stocked, organized, and operating correctly.
• Assist with equipment removal, replacement, relocation, and installation.
• Safely use basic hand tools and equipment required to complete assigned work.
• Maintain an organized and professional work area.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the Bay Area and surrounding areas.
• Maintain accurate mileage records for authorized business travel.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Follow all safety procedures when moving, handling, servicing, and installing equipment.
• Complete additional vending service, warehouse, delivery, or equipment-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Bay Area and surrounding communities.
• Comfortable performing hands-on and physically active work.
• Ability to safely assist with moving and positioning vending equipment.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic technical, electrical, mechanical, appliance repair, vending, warehouse, delivery, or equipment installation experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing work correctly and safely.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $20.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical/mechanical abilities, and the type and complexity of work performed.

Mileage Reimbursement: Employees using their personal vehicle for authorized work-related travel will be reimbursed per mile while performing assigned job duties. Mileage must be properly documented and submitted in accordance with company procedures.

Candidates with stronger mechanical, technical, troubleshooting, installation, or equipment-repair skills may qualify for higher compensation.
