Operational Strategic Analyst - Remote

We are looking for an Operational Strategic Analyst to join our remote team and help translate complex data into meaningful business guidance. This position offers the chance to work closely with leaders across the organization, create insightful reporting tools, and support decisions that drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, comfort with financial modeling, and a proactive approach to improving how information is used across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage executive-level dashboards and recurring reports using Excel and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Evaluate key performance indicators to uncover trends, measure results, and highlight opportunities to improve operational and financial outcomes.

• Prepare clear analyses, summaries, and presentations that equip leadership with practical recommendations for strategic planning.

• Perform pricing reviews, cost modeling, and scenario-based analysis to support business decisions and planning activities.

• Handle high-volume analytical assignments during busy business periods while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve the consistency and accessibility of business data.

• Support data integration and reporting alignment across platforms, including Salesforce and other internal systems.

• Conduct ad hoc financial and variance analysis to explain performance changes and support emerging business needs.

Qualifications

• • At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, operations analytics, data analytics, or a related field
• • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and the development of structured analytical models
• • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools
• • Strong capability in financial modeling, variance analysis, and interpreting large data sets to generate actionable insights
• • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while delivering high-quality work under tight timelines
• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline
