You’ll work directly with the COO and current Operations Manager, receiving hands-on training and significant knowledge transfer as you grow into the role.

This isn't a narrow operations position. You’ll have visibility across operations, HR, technology, compliance coordination, process improvement, and firmwide initiatives.

You’ll be expected to spot problems, build solutions, and actually get things done.

🛠️ What You’ll Own

• Lead operational projects from planning through implementation
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
• Partner with leadership on firmwide initiatives
• Support technology implementations and process improvements
• Coordinate HR initiatives, onboarding/offboarding, and employee matters
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance
• Serve as a go-to resource for operational questions
• Help drive projects that improve the way the firm operates
