We are seeking a Program Manager to strengthen execution across a portfolio of complex enterprise technology initiatives. This senior individual contributor will partner with delivery, technology, and business leaders to mentor Project Managers, assess program health, manage cross-program dependencies, mitigate risks, and improve delivery outcomes across large-scale implementations.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise programs involving ERP, payroll, finance, data, integrations, cloud technologies, and application modernization. Success in this role comes from influencing leaders and teams through expertise rather than direct people management.

Partner with executives and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Coaching & Mentorship
Mentor Project and Program Managers leading complex initiatives.
Improve capabilities in planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, testing, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.
Foster accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence across teams.
Delivery Assurance
Conduct independent health assessments of strategic programs.
Evaluate readiness across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and operational transition stages.
Review critical areas including integrations, data conversion, testing, security, cutover, and production readiness.
Ensure risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies are actively managed and accurately reported.
Recommend corrective actions, sequencing decisions, and go-live readiness plans.
Cross-Program Coordination
Partner with Portfolio Management, Agile Delivery, and technology leaders to manage capacity, sequencing, and dependencies.
Resolve conflicts involving resources, environments, vendors, releases, and technical platforms.
Support portfolio reporting and executive decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
