L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Subcontracts leader who will be responsible for researching and benchmarking current market conditions/trends, developing technologies, supply chain capacity/capability, product knowledge, customer requirements and supply/demand challenges for each commodity.

L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Subcontracts leader who will be responsible for researching and benchmarking current market conditions/trends, developing technologies, supply chain capacity/capability, product knowledge, customer requirements and supply/demand challenges for each commodity.  The successful candidate will partner closely with Business Development, Capture, Contracts, Program Management, Finance and Legal teams, ensuring subcontracting strategy supports competitive proposal while maintaining compliance with customer requirements, corporate policies and applicable federal regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing subcontracts with major industry competitors at total Subcontract values in excess of $75M
• Ability to acquire a Secret Clearance within 6 months of hire date.

• In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $133,000-247,000
• This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location
