Retail Sales Associate (Part Time & Full Time)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm, providing product knowledge and assistance to enhance their shopping experience. Deliver personalized solutions that meet or exceed guests' needs by asking open-ended questions and thoughtfully pairing similar items to enhance their experience.
2. Accurately record retail transactions including cash, credit card, Earned Rewards and comps through Point-of-Sale System following proper policies and procedures. Maintains a cash drawer and balances drawer maintaining a minimum of variances.
3. Restock merchandise to ensure the store is appropriately supplied at all times. Responsible for day-to-day tasks including but not limited to, maintaining merchandise presentations, cleaning, and organizing and ability to speak to Club card benefits and all upcoming events and promotions.
4. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required. • Minimum two (2) years Guest Service experience preferred.:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA):

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skill. • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management. • Must have the ability to meet or exceed sales goals, as well as excel in customer service standards. • Ability to work Point of Sales system with appropriate training. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment. • Must be comfortable exchanging names with customers. • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-pace environment.:

REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS - ENVIRONMENT:
