We are hiring Fence Installers / Laborers to join our team. No prior experience is required, we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a hands-on role working outdoors installing fences, gates, and other structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of vinyl or aluminum fences, gates, and outdoor structures
• Measure, mark, and layout fence lines
• Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• No experience required – training provided
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Punctual and dependable
• Team-oriented attitude

Preferred (Not Required):

• Construction or landscaping experience
• Experience using hand or power tools
• Basic measuring skills
