Temporary Recruiter - Manufacturing

Role Overview:

The client needs a recruiter to support the urgent hiring of approximately 35 contingent positions across the warehouse, production, planning, and quality control functions. This person will serve as the primary recruiting contact for these requisitions and coordinate with staffing agencies to fill the openings quickly.

Responsibilities:
Experience recruiting for warehouse, production, planning, or quality control roles.

Good communication, organization, and follow-through.

Ability to prioritize urgent openings and manage multiple requisitions.

Comfortable working independently in a supportive environment with minimal supervision.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Manage recruiting activities for assigned contingent workforce requisitions.

Coordinate with hiring managers and staffing agencies on requirements, candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring decisions.

Screen candidates and help move qualified applicants through the hiring process.

Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to business leaders.

Education:

4-7 years
