Mastercam programming expertise and hands-on experience producing complex, tight-tolerance components.
What You' ll Do
- Program, set up, and operate advanced CNC equipment, including:
- Doosan SMX 2600ST Mill-Turn (9-Axis)
- Doosan HP 5100II HMC (Tombstone Fixturing)
- Okuma 2SP-150H Lathe
- Tsugami Swiss Lathe (Hobbing Head Attachment)
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Select tooling, cutting parameters, and workholding solutions.
- Optimize programs for quality, efficiency, and cycle-time reduction.
What We' re Looking For
- 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Mastercam.
- Experience with multi-axis mill-turn, HMC, and Swiss machining.
- Aerospace manufacturing background preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and independent work skills.
