As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Courtesy Services in Livermore, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Mon 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Tue 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Wed 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Sun 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, surrounding perimeter, entrances, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Document incidents, patrols, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and location management.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
