Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelors degree or higher 1
• Noncommissioned Officers (E-8 to E-9) Recently separated or retired (within the past 5 years) with a minimum of 8 years of cumulative honorable service
• Or 2
• Commissioned or Warrant Officers (W-1 to W-5, O-3 to O-6) Recently separated or retired (within the past 5 years) with at least 8 years of honorable service
• Or 3
• Army National Guard / U.S. Army Reserve (Active/Troop Program Unit) - Must still have one of the listed rankings to qualify (E-8 to E-9 or W-1 to W-5, O-3 to O-6) Currently serving or separated/retired within the past 5 years with a minimum of 8 years of cumulative honorable service
• Applicants must also provide: 3a
• A letter of recommendation from their current Commander 3b
