Community Patrol Officer:

We are looking for a punctual, motivative Security Officers who can follow precise instructions to provide protection services to our clients. This position is working in a community setting dealing with resident issues and calls . We have full-time positions that will report directly to an Operations Manager and after time, a site supervisor.

Qualities to Succeed:

• Friendly, Punctual, and Ability to Follow Directions.
• Security Guard Card or the desire to obtain one.
• A professional, clean appearance.
• Solid work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to hold over if needed or stay over as this is a premier sites that cannot go unserviced.
• Calm under pressure – can handle stress caused by angry residents

Responsibilities:

• Must have some availability to hold over or come in early if needed
• Follow all company guidelines, Post Orders for each site, and Management instructions.
• Follow all site-specific instructions
• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents or medical emergencies
• Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
• Enforce rules and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns

Job Type: Full-time

SCHEDULE: Wednesday-Sunday 10PM-6AM

Required License/Certification :

• Guard Card
• Driver's License
• Must have a clean driving record
• 2 years driving experience
