Primary Care Physician, Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor of Family Medicine (Clinician Practitioner/Clinician Educator)

The Department of Family Medicine at Keck School of Medicine of USC is seeking a faculty physician to join our Academic Primary Care Practice in Los Angeles County. We are looking for candidates committed to providing exceptional, comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan.

Keck Medicine of USC is a rapidly growing health system in partnership with Keck School of Medicine, recognized for delivering high-quality, compassionate, and innovative care. The Department of Family Medicine is leading the expansion of primary care services, creating models to provide care customized to meet the needs of patients and communities including street medicine, care for patients with long COVID, gender affirming care, student health and care for older adults and caregivers. We are nationally recognized for excellence Street Medicine, training students and residents in primary care.  We are deeply engaged in advancing health equity and community impact. Our Residency program is focused on training a diverse, culturally congruent healthcare workforce to be leaders in patient-centered care.

We are led by a dynamic Chair and Associate Dean of Primary Care and a team of leaders who are committed to innovation, workforce development, and expanding access across Los Angeles communities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary: $250,000 – $290,000, commensurate with experience, with opportunity for additional compensation through incentive payment model

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine (or primary care specialty).
• Board-certified or Board-eligible.
• Eligible for California licensure.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to cultural competence and interprofessional practice.
