Accounting Supervisor

Natalie Lue with Robert Half is partnering with a well-established accounting services firm seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and overseeing the full accounting cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Full-charge bookkeeping for multiple clients

• Manage AP, AR, and account reconciliations

• Process payroll and support payroll-related inquiries (Paychex, ADP, or similar platforms a plus)

• Prepare financial statements, reporting, and analysis

• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of accounting staff

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients

Qualifications

• • Prior Accounting Supervisor or similar leadership experience required
• • Strong full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping expertise
• • Advanced QuickBooks experience required
• • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
