Lead Management & Inside Sales Coordinator
Pay Range: $22.00–$29.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Casey Logistics is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused individual to manage sales opportunities, maintain consistent customer communication, support inside sales, and assist with fleet documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Opportunities
- Work closely with management to organize new and existing sales opportunities
- Gather the information needed to prepare estimates and respond to customers
- Coordinate follow-ups and help move opportunities from initial contact through booking
- Keep management informed of pending quotes, customer concerns, and opportunities requiring attention
Lead Management
- Manage incoming leads from the Casey Logistics website, UniGroup, referrals, and other sources
- Make sure every lead receives a timely response
- Track follow-up dates and ensure no potential customer falls through the cracks
- Maintain consistent communication with potential and existing customers
CRM Management
- Learn, understand, and help implement the company CRM
- Keep customer information, notes, follow-up dates, and lead statuses accurate and current
- Monitor open opportunities and provide regular status reports
- Help improve the company’s lead-management and follow-up processes
Customer Communication and Inside Sales
- Communicate professionally with customers by telephone, email, and text
- Respond to customer questions and requests promptly
- Assist with scheduling, estimates, follow-ups, and converting opportunities into booked business
- Build positive relationships with potential and existing customers
- Provide customers with accurate information about Casey Logistics services
Virtual Surveys
- Coordinate and assist with Quotes To Go virtual surveys
- Schedule virtual survey appointments
- Make sure the information needed for estimating is collected and documented
- Follow up with customers when additional information, photographs, or videos are needed
Quote Follow-Up
- Stay on top of open quotes and pending opportunities
- Follow up consistently with customers
- Record all communication and follow-up activity in the CRM
- Notify management of important developments, concerns, or opportunities
Fleet Documentation and Compliance Support
- Organize vehicle maintenance records, inspection forms, registrations, and other required documentation
- Review vehicle inspection forms for completeness
- Alert management of vehicle damage, infractions, safety concerns, maintenance needs, or required repairs
- Track maintenance and compliance deadlines
- Keep vehicle records accurate, organized, and readily available
Organization and Reporting
- Keep management updated on sales opportunities, customer follow-ups, open quotes, and fleet-related concerns
- Prepare basic reports regarding lead activity, booked business, follow-up status, and outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper records
- Follow through on assignments and communicate when additional assistance is needed
Basic Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, customer service, administrative, CRM, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and recordkeeping abilities
- Comfortable communicating with customers by telephone, email, and text
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and web-based systems
- Ability to learn Quotes To Go, UniGroup systems, and Casey Logistics procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently while maintaining open communication with management
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening
- Employees may also be subject to random drug screenings in accordance with company policy
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $29.00, depending on experience and qualifications
