Local Driver / Field Services & Distribution Specialist

Pay Range: $21.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Casey Logistics is looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to support our local delivery, warehouse, and field-service operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete local pickups and deliveries safely and professionally
• Load, secure, transport, and unload customer products
• Inspect, count, label, and inventory shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and delivery documentation
• Pack, wrap, and prepare products for transportation or storage
• Perform light assembly and disassembly
• Provide basic installation and field services at customer locations
• Use basic hand tools, moving equipment, pallet jacks, and four-wheel dollies
• Assist with warehouse, distribution, and inventory-control services
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, warehouse personnel, and management
• Keep assigned vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all Casey Logistics safety procedures and customer requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Ability to regularly lift and handle items weighing 50–75 pounds
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to follow instructions
• Professional appearance and positive customer-service attitude
• Willingness to work in the warehouse and at customer locations
• Previous delivery, moving, warehouse, installation, or distribution experience is preferred
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
• Must participate in random drug screenings as required by company policy

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $27.00, based on experience and qualifications
