Position Overview:

Requirements:
This role necessitates:

• Must have weekend availability (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
• Valid State Driver's License (MUST HAVE)
• Valid Guard Card License (MUST HAVE)
• Valid Firearms License (MUST HAVE)
• Own Vest & Firearm (MUST HAVE)
• Taser Training (PREFERRED)
• Baton Permit (PREFERRED)
• Handcuffs Certification (PREFERRED)
• Pepper/OC Spray Certification (PREFERRED)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (a plus)

Position Duties:
Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to unusual or emergency situations
• Maintaining proficiency in the use of protective equipment and weapons
• Controlling access to the client's site
• Monitoring entrances and exits
• Reporting incidents and activities
• Enforcing regulations and directives
• Patrolling assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle
• Conducting inspections and preparing reports

Additional Education/Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet programs
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Passion for providing top-level security service
• Effective de-escalation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Well-groomed and dressed in uniform
• Active listening skills

Physical Demands:
This position involves various physical demands, including remaining in a stationary position, moving for prolonged periods, inspecting site areas, and operating machinery. Outdoor work and exposure to different environmental conditions are expected.
