Saturday, August 15, 2026 & Sunday, August 16, 2026

Must be available to work both event dates including any assigned day, evening, overnight.

Position SummaryDiligence Security Group is seeking highly experienced, professional, and mission-driven Armed Security Officers who are POST Certified and possess a valid California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit to support a high-profile, two-day special event within the Greater Bay Area.This assignment is reserved for elite public safety professionals capable of providing armed security services in dynamic, high-attendance environments where professionalism, sound judgment, and rapid decision-making are critical.Officers will provide a highly visible security presence while protecting event attendees, staff, volunteers, performers, vendors, VIPs, and client assets. Selected personnel will work closely with event management, local law enforcement, fire personnel, emergency medical services, and fellow security professionals to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.This is a limited-duration special event assignment. Applicants selected for this position must be available for the entire two-day deployment and attend all required pre-event briefings and credentialing processes before assignment.Application ProcessCandidates must successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment screening process, including a criminal background investigation, employment verification, driving record review, verification of current California POST certification, California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit verification, BSIS license verification, and professional reference checks. • Provide a highly visible armed security presence throughout the event.
• Protect attendees, staff, vendors, performers, VIPs, and client property.
• Conduct proactive foot patrols and monitor assigned areas for safety and security concerns.
• Control access to restricted areas and verify credentials.
• Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activity.
• Utilize effective communication and de-escalation techniques.
• Coordinate with event management, law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports accurately and professionally.
• Follow all client post orders, company policies, and applicable laws.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Current California POST Certification
• Valid California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit
• Current California BSIS Guard Card
• Current California BSIS Firearms Permit
• Minimum of five (5) years of law enforcement, armed security, military, or protective services experience
• Valid California Driver License with a clean driving record
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
