Administrative Coordinator

$17.00 - $20.00 hourly

Job Description

 

  • Provide administrative support to Real Estate Agents by performing various tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, monitor email inboxes and handling/preparing correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining and adhering to marketing schedules by designing and preparing marketing materials for Touch Programs, Open Houses, Listings and Farming.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records.
  • Monitor/maintain/complete tasks from transaction & open house trackers as required.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate access/Scheduling of inspections and other needed vendors.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office by assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in G-suite
  • Proficiency in Social Media Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is preferred but not required.

Employment Type: Either Full-time/Part-time
